A1・全然OKです。むしろ大歓迎。
使用の際はできるだけ最新更新版でお願いします。（理由は後述）
当方キャラの改変について
Q2・改変物を公開することは？
A2・改変はOKですが、２次配布ならびに無断転載は厳禁です。
転載するくらいならこのサイトのリンクを紹介してくださるほうが『１００万倍』マシです。
なおエフェクトなどの素材を流用するのはかまいません。
（例：勝利メッセージ画面や専用背景の素材を他のキャラに流用するなど）

改変パッチについて
Q4・改変パッチを当てたキャラを公開することは？
A4・あくまで改変元の意向を尊重してください。
改変元の製作者様からは改変･転載可ということを大前提でこれらのパッチを製作しています。
よって改変元の製作者様がOKである限り当方もOKであるということです。
なお当方で付け加えた素材の流用は特に制限は設けません。
公開情報について
Q5・情報サイトへの当方キャラの公開情報を記載することは？
A5・特に構いませんが、仕様変更に伴い公開を廃止した物に関しての記述はやめてくださるようお願いします。
当時は『分割でなければ配布できなかったファイル』や『WinMUGEN⇔MUGEN1.0用パッチ』等、現行では配布していない物がそれに該当します。
即ち『いつまでも未練がましく載せる様な』ことは辞めろや、このタマナシヘナチン野郎っ！！、そんなことです。
当方キャラは定期的に更新をしています。それはバグ等予期せぬ事態が発生したり、システム上変更等、
『一度ダウンロードできたらもういいや』みたいな安直な考えは控えていただき、
頃合を見計らって当サイトに再来訪願います。当方でも把握しきれていない不具合等発見された場合、
お手数ですが当BBSにてご報告頂ければ幸いです。
動画使用に関して先述の最新版でお願いします、一部の動画作成者側では『途中更新はしない』という方針があるようですが、
バグ等の修正ができていない状態での使用自体に重大な問題あるので、一度検討頂いてそれでも
『バグだろうが何がだろうが俺には関係ねぇ、途中更新は絶〜〜〜〜っ対にしなぁぁ〜〜い！！！』
とそこまで（便所のネズミのクソにも匹敵するつまらぬ考えを持つ）ガンコな意地を張るのであれば、
更新はできないという意向がある場合、
OP等でその主旨を明記し、その大会での紹介時に『○○年××月△△日』更新版を
使用し、本大会中は途中更新は一切しないと明記することを義務してください。
ただし最新版を使用しなかったために起こったバグや不具合のクレームに関して
当方は一切責任を持ちませんのであしからず。その点だけは十分に理解した上でお願いします。
まどろっこしい話ですが、ようするに自己責任＆常識の範囲ということでお願いします。
不具合等の報告は遠慮なさらずBBSやメールでガンガン申し付けください。
ただしメールに関しては当方ごく稀にしかチェックしないのでBBSに書き込んで頂く方が速いです。
どうしても極秘的な内容で直接メールでしかやりとり出来ないのであればそれはそれで構いません。
しかし先述に述べた通りメールに関しては億劫なのでメールに本文を送信し尚且つ、
『BBSでは言えない内容なのでメールで詳細を確認』と書き込みしてくだされば対応は速くなります。
